Ms. Tosonotti took over his current position as Consul General of Argentina in Houston on July 1, 2021, with jurisdiction over the States of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado and New Mexico.
She holds a degree in Law from the University of Buenos Aires and later graduated from the Argentine Foreign Service Institute.
Ms. Tosonotti is Minister Plenipotentiary and prior to his current position she served in different capacities in the Permanent Mission of the Argentine Republic to the International Organizations in Geneva, in the Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Canada and as Consular General of Argentina in La Paz (Bolivia). She also served in several positions at the Ministry of Foreign Relations, International Trade and Worship.
