Building Stronger Connections: ATCC’s Active June in Energy and InnovationThis June, ATCC had a busy month supporting and participating in key events that advance our mission to strengthen bilateral ties between Argentina and Texas. Neuquén: Focus on Innovation and EnergyIn Neuquén, we proudly backed a high-impact event organized by POSSUMUS, highlighting the transformative role of artificial intelligence in the Oil & Gas industry and other strategic sectors. Industry leaders gathered to discuss how AI is accelerating operational efficiency and driving innovation across the region. The first planning meeting for the Patagonia Chapter was also held at the newly inaugurated Neuquén Technology Hub. Outgoing President Mariano Hasperué officially handed over the leadership to Gonzalo Echegaray as President and Germán Serrano as Vice President for the 2025–2026 term. The new team set priorities to strengthen ATCC’s presence in the region, expand thematic focus, include Río Negro, and organize exclusive events amid the dynamic growth driven by Vaca Muerta. Additionally, Mariano represented ATCC at the 12th edition of Energía On, organized by Diario RÍO NEGRO. The event brought together government officials, energy executives, and industry leaders to explore the evolution of shale development and Neuquén’s central role in Argentina’s energy strategy. Buenos Aires: Commitment to Environmental and Energy ProgressMeanwhile, our Buenos Aires team attended Midstream & Gas Day at Club Hípico Alemán, inaugurated by Federico Veller, Undersecretary for Liquid and Gaseous Fuels. The event focused on the regional natural gas market, featuring presentations from leaders like Daniel Ridelener (TGN) and Angélica Laureano (TBG Brazil), and discussions on strategic projects including Vaca Muerta Sur and Southern Energy’s Floating LNG. Panels addressed challenges in the Midstream system, opportunities for gas integration in the Southern Cone, and Argentina’s potential as a global gas exporter. Key players from Argentina, Brazil, and Chile shared insights on market expansion, natural gas distribution, and environmental strategies, emphasizing collaboration and growth in the energy sector. Through these initiatives, ATCC keeps expanding networks, fostering strategic connections, and strengthening the Argentina–Texas business community. |
