On October 21, the Argentina-Texas Chamber of Commerce (ATCC) will host Houston Talks, a morning event organized by ATCC’s Technology Committee highlighting Houston’s strategic role as a dynamic business platform in the United States. The session, taking place from 8:30 to 11:30 AM at La Madeleine | Carillon, will be presented by Esteban Sanchez, Secretary & President of ATCC Houston Chapter, and will feature insights from leading experts on business, innovation, and technology.

Pablo Conrad, Co-Chair & Founding Partner of Pro-Efficiency International LLC, will open the event, sharing his perspective on how companies can capitalize on Houston’s diversity, economic dynamism, and strategic position. He will discuss key strategies for managing change in competitive markets, leading multicultural teams, and leveraging digital transformation and smart marketing to optimize processes and connect with clients. He will also highlight opportunities arising from the 2026 World Cup and offer a forward-looking view on Houston and Texas over the next decade.

In the second session, Rodolfo (Rudy) Viola, President of ATCC’s Technology Committee, will explore the intersection of ethics, management, and artificial intelligence. He will discuss the implications of AI in business, how emerging technologies are transforming operations, and practical tools for companies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
